Which agencies have the happiest employees? Which federal employees are most satisfied with their pay? What do they think of their supervisors? Would they recommend their agency as a good place to work?

You might be wondering how your coworkers answered these question—or what your colleagues at another agency think. You can now see for yourself by checking out the results of the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, which the Office of Personnel Management released yesterday.

This year, 407,789 employees responded to the survey for a response rate of nearly 46 percent. NTEU had encouraged members to take the survey and use it as an opportunity to make your voice heard.

For its part, NTEU uses the survey results to advocate for federal employees on Capitol Hill, at the bargaining table and in the media for better pay and benefits, stronger employee protections and improved work-life balance. The union thanks those employees who participated.
