National President Tony Reardon was a guest on the television show Government Matters to discuss whether, or not, federal agencies are rescinding harmful bargaining proposals in the wake of NTEU’s legal victory.
Last month, the union had a historic win after challenging key provisions of the president’s anti-employee executive orders. As part of her ruling, the judge reaffirmed the obligation of agencies to bargain in good faith.
