Is furthering your education on your list of goals for 2019? Are you sending a child to college next year?
It’s not too early to start thinking about financial assistance.
You can get a head start today on applying for a scholarship from the Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA).
Applications are being accepted now through March 25, 2019, for the 2019 FEEA scholarships. Current civilian federal and postal employees with at least three years of service can apply, as well as the spouses and children of federal employees. Current employees can be part-time students; dependents must be full-time.
Last year, FEEA awarded 229 scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 to recipients from all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, chosen for their academic achievements and exemplary community service. Applications are submitted online.
