2020 FEVS Delay: Survey to be Issued in July

The 2020 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) has been delayed until July.

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued a memo yesterday announcing the survey is now tentatively scheduled to begin July 13, with a six-week fielding period. The governmentwide survey was initially scheduled for release in May. The memo states the delay is to “support your critical agency missions as well as maximize employee participation in the survey.”

FEVS asks employees for their views on their work, agencies, supervisors, senior leaders, job satisfaction and work-life programs. The survey also measures employee satisfaction across the government.
