In the episode, “The Future of Federal Workforce Priorities and Protections,” Reardon and host Erich Wagner talk NTEU’s priorities in the post-pandemic world.
“The telework debate, in my mind, is officially over,” Reardon said. “Telework is now an indispensable part of the federal workplace and is one of NTEU’s priorities.”
The NTEU leader also discussed the importance of collaborative relationships with management and the state of federal sector unions under the Biden administration.
