Kaiser Permanente has become the third federal health insurer to announce a vaccine incentive program for federal employees.
Effective Aug. 15, policyholders who sign up for the program will receive a $50 Kaiser Permanente Health Payment Card once their Kaiser Permanente medical record reflects they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Dec. 31. The credit can be used to pay for medical expenses, including copays, dental treatment, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses, and other qualified medical costs.
