CBP Lists Top 10 Agriculture Seizures in 2021

What do giant land snails, butterfly larvae and unfertilized avian eggs all have in common?

There were all intercepted and restricted from entering the country by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) last year—and they were included in the agency’s top-10 list of agriculture seizures in 2021. These finds range from the ordinary (peppers from Guatemala with fraudulent paperwork) to the outrageous (poultry wrapped in stockings inside a purse). Check out the complete list
