NTEU is Making News on Schedule F

Records NTEU obtained show that the Trump-era Schedule F threat went well beyond policy-makers and swept up office managers, human resource specialists, administrative assistants, cybersecurity specialists and many others. The original Schedule F executive order signed by President Trump purportedly targeted federal employees who work in policy-related positions.

Earlier this week at NTEU’s Legislative Conference, the union shared records with the media showing how the director of the Office of Management and Budget in 2020 absurdly stretched the definition of policy work to cover the majority of the OMB workforce (read our news release).
