Beginning Aug. 1, FSAFEDS will resume accepting enrollments for new employees and existing employees with a qualifying life event.
The Office of Personnel Management temporarily paused all new enrollments in FSAFEDS — the government’s flexible spending account program — after a surge in fraudulent activity affecting federal employee accounts.
As an enhanced security measure, all users will soon be required to verify their identity through Login.gov in a phased approach. Also starting Aug. 1, FSAFEDS will move to a new website domain—www.FSAFEDS.gov.
