NTEU members and National President Doreen Greenwald joined a rally on Capitol Hill calling on Congress to protect the civil service and preserve the rights of federal workers.
They stood in solidarity with several unions and nearly 20 members of Congress at the lunchtime rally hosted by the American Federation of Government Employees. President Greenwald took to the podium to urge federal employees to keep taking action and standing up for the important work they do. “Let us all stand together in solidarity and fight for the country we believe in,” she told the crowd.
