For Joy Gerdy-Zogby and Matthew Zogby, coming to NTEU’s Capitol Hill rally in support of federal employees was a no-brainer. In addition to being married, they are both federal employees and active NTEU members. And they are both concerned about attacks on federal employees and agency missions.
