NTEU Launches Redesigned Website

Press Release August 24, 2016

Washington, D.C.—The National Treasury Employees Union’s website has undergone a top-to-bottom makeover.

NTEU updated and redesigned its website to better help the public, the media, federal employees and union members learn more about the nation’s largest independent federal employee labor organization. A blog, bolder colors and graphics, streamlined navigational tools and a host of new content are among the improvements visitors will see.

“Our new website is not just more aesthetically pleasing, it’s also packed with a lot more information. Everyone from casual visitors to federal employees interested in joining NTEU to lifelong members will be able to access to a richer mix of information presented in a more visually appealing way,” NTEU National President Tony Reardon said today.

Visitors and non-members can learn more about NTEU’s work, its 78-year history of accomplishments and its efforts on Capitol Hill, in the courts, at the agencies and in the media to improve the lives of federal employees and retirees. NTEU members and chapter leaders will be able to access all that and a wealth of other detailed, secure information after they log in.

“Our website is better positioned to serve the needs of the 21st Century online user. It also showcases NTEU’s strong commitment to providing legislative information to federal employees and helping them take legislative action to make sure they are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve,” Reardon said.

NTEU represents 150,000 employees in 31 federal agencies and departments.
