Funding
NTEU’s main focus is making sure federal employees are paid when the shutdown ends. We have a number of lawmakers working to make that happen. Today, National President Tony Reardon had a conference call with seven of them.

Last night, the Senate failed to advance the House-passed short-term continuing resolution which would continue funding federal agencies at FY 2017 levels until Feb. 16.
